The site felt like it was going way too hard on loud Italian stereotypes instead of showing the real culture. It just gave me weird vibes and didn’t really sit right with me.

I’ll give them credit, the products do look fun and I was almost excited to order. But using the website on my phone was kind of a pain. Pages took a while to load, and finding the right sizes felt like way more clicking around than it needed to be. Checkout did go through fine, so I guess it worked in the end, but I wouldn’t call the whole experience smooth.

My box showed up smashed, and I’m not sure if that’s normal or just bad luck on my end. Has anyone else had theirs arrive in rough shape too?

I ordered from Hardcore Italians and expected it to take a while, but the package got here in just a few days. Tracking worked fine the whole time too. I’m guessing they must’ve shipped it out almost immediately or maybe I just got lucky with the timing, but either way I was happy with it. Would definitely order again

I actually like the selection and I keep checking because there are a few things I really want, but every time I look, they’re out of stock. It’s kind of frustrating because the site makes me want to buy, but then there’s basically nothing available when I’m ready.

I ordered this weeks ago, and for some reason the tracking just never really made sense. It said it shipped, but then it barely updated and kind of just sat there with no useful info. I liked that the site has a good mix of Italian-themed stuff, like shirts, hoodies, gifts, and some random fun items all in one place. Some of the designs were definitely better than others, but there was enough variety that I still found something I liked. I’m giving 4 stars because I really wish more items had better size options. It kind of felt like that part wasn’t given much attention, which was a little frustrating

I like Hardcore Italians because it feels like a real community, not just some random store selling shirts. Their posts remind me of my family, the jokes we all heard growing up, and about half the stuff they share makes me laugh because it feels so familiar.

I needed to exchange a hoodie for a bigger size and felt a little pressured to get it sorted fast because it was supposed to be a gift. I emailed them, got a quick reply, and the replacement showed up without any hassle. Way easier than I expected, and I’m really happy with how they handled it.

I walked away feeling like I paid more than I should have. Nothing was exactly terrible, but my gut reaction was that it just didn’t match the price. I kept expecting something to feel a little more premium or memorable, and it never really did.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I wouldn’t spend the money again. It just had that “this should’ve been better for the cost” feeling, and I couldn’t shake it.

After just a couple washes, the print cracked and faded a lot. The shirt still fits fine, but the design looks cheap now. it’s annoying because I followed the wash instructions and still ended up having to deal with this after barely wearing it.

I ordered from hardcoreitalians.com and ended up needing a refund because the item just absolutely was not going to work for me. There was no doubt in my mind once I realized it, so I reached out to get the return/refund sorted.

They did reply to my emails, but it was definitely not fast. Like, every response took a few days, and I’m 100% sure I had to follow up once just to keep things moving. It wasn’t a nightmare or anything, but it was slower than I expected for sure.

The refund did come through in the end, so I can’t say they ignored me or didn’t help. They handled it eventually, no question there, but the whole process could’ve been way quicker and a lot clearer.

I got a shirt from hardcoreitalians.com and tbh the material is really soft. It fits well too, no complaints there. I’m taking off one star bc I kinda wish it was a little thicker, but overall I’m still happy with it.
